Shipping policy

Processing times can vary depending on the item.

Custom made products may have a longer processing time (up to a month).

International Shipping may incur a customs fee that is out of the control of Pampered Pooch Couture. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges and/or fees.

Once the order is in the hands of the shipping carrier it is out of Pampered Pooch Couture's control. Pampered Pooch Couture is not responsible for delays or losses while with the carrier.
